Absolute ideal location

Guests said this location is one of the best in the area. Whether you need the ferry terminal, the bus stop, or the centre of town, they are all within a short walk. Most guests who arrived in their own vehicles, didn't need them for the duration of their stay.

Great night life close by

If you are a night owl, then the chances are you will love the entertainment offered after dark. There are also many chic restaurants open until late, and guests enjoyed the wonderful vibe in the area.

Relaxing stay

With the beds being described as lovely and comfortable, and the linens as freshly laundered, guests felt they could get a good night's sleep here. Even the shower received some positive comments because of the good pressure and the wide shower head.

Negative Reviews

Tired and dated

Guests complained about rattling air-conditioning units, tired decor, and an all-round run-down appearance. Most visitors would like to see a fresh coat of paint, and new fixtures and fittings in the rooms.

Didn't feel like a spa

Guests were under the impression that they were coming to a spa and would be able to get full spa treatments. Many guests felt this was false advertising, as the spa was actually the tub that was available in the rooms, or the jetted tubs out on the balcony.

What Wi-Fi?

There have been many complaints from guests who were relying on a good connection while they were on holiday. The Wi-Fi was described by travellers as almost non-existent for most of the time they were there.
