A brilliant location.
Right in the centre of town - and with free parking! Access is easy and it's easy to find from the freeway. Can life get any better for visitors to Albury? Despite the central
location, there's little or no noise problem - not from outside the property anyway.
Check in staff members are nice, friendly and helpful. So, too are the cleaners.
Lack of towels for the stated number of guests and no milk for teas and coffees; all indicate that more time should be devoted to room cleaning prior to the arrival of new guests.
They need to dive in and pull the knackered pool round. It's very uninviting at present.
There are aspects of the hotel and rooms that suggest some upgrading is called for. The longer they leave it, the worse the situation will become … and it has been left for some
time! Wi-Fi IS available, but it only works in rooms that are close to the reception area. The lack of a guard rail on the room's top bunk isn't down to updating; this is really dangerous for kids.
This place is very noisy and there is an 'anything goes' attitude on the part of members of management and staff. This is a playground for party-goers whose needs are met at the
cost of a good night's sleep for other guests. Either these people are uncontrollable, or the members of staff just don't care - or it's a combination of both! Also uncontrollable is the air conditioning which can't cope with the temperatures that build up here.
