Positive Reviews

Fine location

This guesthouse is ideally located for accessing all of the main attractions Bath has to offer, without too much walking. Guests say they can get to the historic centre in just five minutes and the baths in ten. There is also the added bonus of having some free parking spaces available as well as a paid car park behind the establishment. This is all highly appreciated in a town notoriously difficult to park in.

Superb breakfast

The breakfast part of the B&B package is highly valued by the guests. It is freshly cooked to order, using only the finest ingredients. You can choose from a wide variety of foods, including cereals, yogurts and hot dishes. Vegetarians and those on special diets are also delighted with the quality and attentiveness to their needs.

Homely welcome

The cheerful hosts are responsible for making guests' stay as pleasant as possible. They are warm and welcoming and always trying to make you feel at home.

Negative Reviews

Very small rooms

Guests do feel a bit cramped in the rooms, which they find extremely small. There is little space to spread out or move around. The bathrooms are not much better either and in particular the shower cubicles – which are a bit of a squeeze if you happen to be tall.

Non en-suite bathrooms

Guests are surprised to find that they have to walk out of their rooms and through the hall to get to the bathrooms, even if they are supposedly private. Some are not amused though to find they have to share their bathroom with other guests.

Street noise

Guests state that a busy road passes just past the guesthouse meaning you can get a lot of noise from traffic and people passing by.
