Positive Reviews

Centrally located

Guests say that they would recommend The Ferguson Fawsitt Arms & Country Lodge in Beverly, UK, for anyone visiting Yorkshire or Beverly races. It is in a central place convenient for Beverly and Bridlington and just over the Humberbridge. Many guests say that they liked the serenity of the area.

Great hospitality; good restaurant and bar

Several guests say that they experienced northern hospitality as its best at the inn. The staff members could not be friendlier and accommodating. They appreciated the breakfast and many guests gave full points to the fish and chips prepared in the restaurant. They say that the smaller bar of the inn is perfect for long chats over local beer and varied food.

Good rooms, away from pub and music venue

Rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. They are clean and well presented and guests appreciated the ample storage space and also the powerful shower. Guests like that the rooms are in a separate building from the pub and music venue.

Negative Reviews

Carvery is poor and not up to expectations

Some guests say that they did not find the food up to standard. The carvery is poorly set out. There is not much choice and there are no vegetables that guests usually get to eat with the carveries. Guests say that this is one point that worked against their stay.

No hand holds in bath; poor mobile network

Hand holds are lacking in the bath and shower areas and guests say this poses a problem for those with any disability. The mobile phone coverage is intermittent at the inn.

Small TVs, poor reception

Many guests say that the TVs are rather small in size. The reception is not good either and guests could not get much entertainment from the TV for most part of their stay.
