Positive Reviews

Very convenient location

Many guests have loved the hotel's location, as it sits just outside of downtown Boston and is within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. There is also a subway station just a few blocks away that makes it easy to explore the rest of the city.

Large rooms

Past guests have mentioned that the rooms at this hotel are quite large. This has ensured that guests have had enough room for all of their belongings and a nice space in which to relax when staying there.

Modern decor

Guests have appreciated the hotel's modern furniture and decor, saying that it adds a great deal to the overall quality of the rooms. The entire property looks quite modern and this made guests feel comfortable with their accommodations.

Negative Reviews

In a noisy area

This property sits in the middle of Little Italy and is full of restaurants and bars. As a result, there is a fair amount of noise in the area that can make it difficult to sleep. Guests have complained about this noise in the past.

No elevator

Numerous guests have complained that this property doesn't have an elevator. This made it difficult for guests with limited mobility to make it to their rooms, as the only way to access them is via a winding staircase in the middle of the property's restaurant.

Strange check-in procedure

There isn't a front desk at this property. Instead, you will check in at a busy restaurant on the first floor and the hostess will show you to your room. Past guests have found this procedure to be strange and somewhat inconvenient, as they didn't know where to go to check in.
