Positive Reviews

Gorgeous views are yours for the asking.

Be sure to book a room with a view overlooking the River Windrush and the village. It will take you back in time.

The hotel is pet friendly.

This hotel welcomes your pet which is great news for those who enjoy travelling with their favourite canine companion.

Small hotel means big service.

Because this is a boutique hotel, the personal service you receive here is of the highest order. The warm, friendly staff welcomes you in, and are happy to help you with most any request. In addition, they can point you in the direction of local attractio

Negative Reviews

Some rooms don’t have bathtubs.

Some rooms have showers only. If a long, hot soak is important to you, b e sure to ask for a room with a roll-top bath.

The car park is narrow.

If you are driving a large vehicle, you should be aware that the car park is not only small, but it’s narrow as well, and it can often be hard to maneuver while pulling in and out.

A few rooms have sloped ceilings.

Some guest rooms on the upper floors feature sloped ceilings, which are a charming architectural feature, but only if you’re not a very tall person. If you are tall, be sure to ask for a room on a lower floor.
