Positive Reviews

Good Value

Some reviewers who stay in Brisbane regularly for business and pleasure commented that they thought that the apartments were excellent value for money, so close to the central business district and with good access to restaurants and bars in the area.

Close to the Station

A number of guests mentioned that the hotel is only a short walk to central station and therefore really well connected to the airport via the airport train which is a directly link to the city and takes 25 minutes.

Great Kitchen

A number of previous guests who like to self-cater their own meals during their trips commented that the kitchen in the apartment was very well appointed with all the utensils, crockery and pots and pans that they needed to whip up their favourite meals.

Negative Reviews

Disappointing Amenities

Some guests were not impressed by the pool or the gym, with some saying that the pool water was a bit cloudy and the gym had only basic cardio and weight machines, which did not prove useful to maintain their fitness programme.

A Bit of a Hike

Some guests thought the the hotel's location was a little bit too far from the main sights of Brisbane. The central shopping area is a 30 minute walk and the river is a 20 minute walk down quite a steep hill and some felt mislead by the advertisement of its central location.

A Few Quibbles

Some guests mentioned their disappointment with minor issues and there were some common threads across reviews that when taken together build a picture of matters that management could attend to including slow elevators, lack of sound-proofing, dirty bathrooms, and an unreliable Wi-Fi connection.
