Positive Reviews

Perfect base for leisure travellers!

A close walk to all major attractions was one of the main reasons why guests chose so stay. This property was a perfect base for families who want to go fishing, cycling, and who were into a lot of great outdoor activities due to its close distance to Busselton’s Beach, various dining options, and shops.

Charming and roomy chalets

The spacious size of the rammed earth cottages or chalets was well-equipped with all the basic amenities that were enjoyed by the guests. There were plenty of log supplies for the fire place, a full-sized kitchen so they were able to prepare their own meals, extremely useful wooden heaters, and huge dining area.

Amazing team of staff

The whole team of employees especially the manager were very cordial and helpful to the guests all throughout their stay. They were very efficient with the check-in and checkout process and were very attentive. Thus, guests had a pleasant stay and would definitely want to come back.

Negative Reviews

Generally crowded and noisy environment

Most guests were not happy about all the loud noise coming from other guests. There were children banging the doors and windows or running around the premises. Furthermore, some guests were singing loudly at night so others did not get much sleep.

No free Wi-Fi provided

Guests noted that the lack of free Wi-Fi was very disappointing. Some guests had to purchase Wi-Fi vouchers just to be able to use the Internet at the property. The lack of free Internet was very difficult since free Wi-Fi has been quite common to most hotels.

Displeasing hard texture of beds

The poor quality of the beds which were pretty hard was very inconvenient for previous guests. The pillows were also poorly maintained and were made of poor quality materials.
