This hotel is centrally located in the heart of beautiful Byron Bay and close to the beach. Guests say it's just the perfect place to stay for business or leisure. Close by there is an abundance of shopping outlets, beach supermarkets, and especially restaurants and bars since there are no catering options in the restaurant. The hotel's location is safe, secure, and very tranquil.

Personable staff.

Guests say this hotel offers highly personalized service through its awesome staff. Staff members take a keen and genuine interest in guests' interests and activities. Staff members frequently remember guests' names during subsequent visits, something that frequently leaves a lasting impression on guests.

Awesome pool.

Noisy at night.

There have been complaints by guests about excessive noise from backpackers at night. Guests who have stayed in rooms next to the lift shaft have reported that the relentless noise is a real aural torture reminiscent of an industrial site.
