Exceptionally stylish design

The interior of the hotel is sleek and modern. This design ethos doesn't always please everyone, but the designers seemed to have struck the right balance here, with guest after guest saying how impressed they were with the way the hotel looked. Both the rooms and public areas of the hotel were said to look extremely stylish, but not overdone.

The perfect central location

Guests couldn't have been happier with the location of the hotel. They reported that the marketing materials were definitely not stretching the truth when they claimed that the hotel was in the heart of downtown Calgary, saying this claim was 100% justified. Guests typically enjoyed being in the downtown core due to all the amenities available there, with excellent restaurants often being mentioned as one of these.

Truly exceptional staff

It was rare to find a review that did not praise the staff in some way. They were not only described as welcoming and friendly, traits that might be expected of those in the hospitality industry, but there were too many instances to remember of guests saying that individual staff members really went above and beyond the call of duty to make their staying Calgary to be the very best possible.
