Very new hotel

Many guests were pleasantly surprised by the newness of the hotel and its facilities. Upon checking in, it was clear that all rooms and furnishings were recently constructed and installed. Sleek, modern furniture and high-quality kitchenware caught the attention of many a reviewer.

Spacious rooms

Happy travellers often commented on the hotel's room size, which was far larger than most expected. They said that, especially given the price, their rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms were quite spacious. Families had no problem relaxing.

Accessible location

Guests were happy to find that they could access most of Canberra's most popular attractions without driving more than fifteen minutes from the hotel. Free self parking onsite made it very easy for travellers to be out and about all day.

Negative Reviews

Not CPAP friendly

Apparently, the power at this hotel goes off intermittently at night, making it unsuitable for guests requiring CPAP equipment. Even in rooms marketed towards disabled guests, travellers had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because of this issue.

Very noisy

According to many frustrated guests, the noise levels at this hotel are unacceptable. Travellers who do not sleep deeply often were woken by people walking through the halls at night. In addition to hallway noise, road noise plagued many guests throughout their stay.

Too basic for the price

Many negative reviews claim that this hotel does not offer apartments so much as extended rooms. Disappointed reviewers called attention to the limited functionality of the kitchenette area, as well as the lack of full partitions between the lounge and the bedroom.
