Central location in Canberra

Guests liked the location of the hotel which offers many restaurants, bars and cafes in easy walking distance. Many major attractions can be reached on foot with a leisurely walk or guests used the nearby bus stop to explore neighbourhoods further away. A supermarket is nearby as well.

Big apartments with comforts

The large apartments have been described as clean and comfortable by guests. They loved the kitchenette which made their stay more convenient. The mattresses are very comfortable. A veranda goes around the building which can be used by guests to sit and relax.

Good customer service

Guests enjoyed the friendly and helpful customer service in this hotel. The staff can provide recommendations for restaurants, shops worth visiting or how to get to attractions easily. If you have any needs, they try to make sure they are covered. Guests often return to this location due to the excellent service.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi has a data limit

This hotel imposes a limit of 100 MB of high speed data. This is enough to check your emails and surf a little, but it's impossible to stream a movie or download anything, which guests felt was unreasonable.

Some noise is possible

Guests who had rooms on the lowest floor often complained about noise from the pub below the rooms, which is open until late at night. A pair of earplugs should be in your luggage.

Bathroom lay-out not optimal

Guests reported the walk-in shower easily leaks water on the bathroom floor. Some bathrooms are small, so they put the toilet behind the door which is not the most comfortable configuration.
