Close to the Beach

This hotel offers an excellent, central location, close to the famous Palm Islands and the Palm Jumeira Beach. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. With the Dubai Internet City metro stop just steps away, it is quite easy to get around the city and reach most major sights. You can also grab a taxi, which are always readily available outside the hotel at all hours of the day.

Worth the View

The rooms and apartments are reportedly quite spacious and comfortable. The apartments are highly recommended for longer stays, because they include a kitchen and laundry facilities. Many rooms have incredible city views, but guests recommend requesting the highest floor possible for the best vista.

Pleasant Personnel

Guests were very impressed with the fantastic staff, who were always friendly and happy to help with any small or large request. The concierge gets an additional kudos for being a great resource of local knowledge, and making amazing travel arrangements.

Negative Reviews

Dated Decor

Some updating and minor maintenance is necessary in many of the rooms. Guests often found the furniture old and worn. A cosmetic update is also necessary to brighten up the hotel.

So Slow

Nearly all guests complain about the incredibly slow elevators in this hotel.

Out of the Sun

Guests really liked the pool area, but found that it is only in the sun a few hours a day. The Jacuzzi area, however, is reportedly covered in shade throughout the day.
