The years in Asia presented Bo with the opportunity to become involved with the hotel and private club industry where exceptional service is the norm. This is our goal for Chateau Pritchard where service to the guest is paramount. The house reflects the many years that were spent in the Orient with fine antiques of that part of the world sharing space quite nicely with more modern and comfortable pieces. Everything has a story but only if you are interested. So come and meet us and enjoy the stunning Canterbury Countryside. All the beds are fitted with electric blankets, fine linens and down filled comforters to make you want to snuggle in. The bathrooms are equipped with modern, multi function showers and there are numerous large fluffy towels for your comfort. You are invited to enjoy the large common living area with library, wood burning fire and a 75"TV. Games are available and bicycles are a must for the Canterbury plains. You are welcome to the use of these. The back verandah for afternoon tea or an evening beverage to watch the sunset is also an ideal place to unwind. Maybe you would like to enjoy a spa pool while charting the magnificent Southern skies field of stars, or enjoy the spa as a refreshing start to the day. Breakfast is provided whether it be freshly ground coffee and a warm croissant or a full cooked Kiwi breakfast with all the trimmings. We are here to make you stay an experience and can provide a full concierge service if needed.
