It is perfect for a long stay or a weekend away with family and friends. Polished timber floorboards, carpeted bedrooms and simple décor, combined with the natural sunlight that floods the home, means you will instantly feel more relaxed and at ease once you step foot inside. It is within easy reach of all that Cowes and Phillip Island has to offer, it is a 350m, 3 minute stroll to one of Cowes sheltered north facing beaches and about a 1.3km, 15 minute stroll into town, where you'll find lots of great restaurants and cafes along with a large array of boutique shops, galleries and antique stores. We are pet-friendly, so absolutely no one has to miss out on this amazing beach style getaway.There is a double sofa bed, TV and DVD in the 4th bedroom. Kick back and relax in the open plan living room with a multitude of options: watch a DVD whilst snuggling on the comfy couches, play some music on the iPod dock, play with the board games available or simply read a book in front of the coonara wood heater. There is also air conditioning in the living room, plus ceiling fans in each bedroom. Free NBN WiFi is provided for you as well as all Linen and Towels are supplied. Outside is a deck with a BBQ and an outdoor setting opening out to a large north facing back garden.Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars and there is limited street parking available in this quiet court. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
