About Hotel Ambassadors

The heritage listed Ambassadors Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the city, having first received its licence in 1841. The building we are in today was erected in 1881 as the United Service Club and has been in operation ever since. We are fortunate enough to be located in the heart of vibrant Adelaide, a buzzing cultural hub of nightlife, arts, shopping and dining. We boast 30 boutique guest rooms perfect for the budget savvy traveller, the Marble Bar for relaxed dinning, Balcony Restaurant for lunch and dinner and Thrift Shop Bar for evening cocktails in a quirky environment. Please note that from the 29th of January 2018 ongoing, the hotel will be undertaking upgrades and renovations.
