This Old Dunsborough retreat has it all.The lower level has three large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, second large living room, laundry, powder room, 2nd separate toilet, and large bathroom with spa bath, plus wrap around balconies and outdoor hot shower. Bedroom 1 has two sets of bunks, bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk and single bed, whilst the master bedroom has a queensized bed, desk and separate French doors to balcony. The fully-equipped laundry has a large washer and dryer. The huge secondary rumpus room has flat screen TV/DVD and loads of board games.Upstairs the huge entertainers kitchen has every amenity for cooking and entertaining in style, along with 4th bedroom with own balcony access, adjacent full bathroom with toilet, massive living area with potbelly stove and separate gas fire, and wrap around balconies with views set high among the trees. There is a plumbed in large gas BBQ on the deck and multiple dining area options including large kitchen table, separate dining room, and outdoor eating area, all with views. Upstairs is fabulously open plan and tastefully complimented with chesterfield sofas, wooden floors, iPod dock and CD sound system, Large Flat screen (Smart) TV, DVD collection and access to online movies.Imagine winding down at the end of the day on one of the decks with a glass of wine in hand, watching for whales.Comfort levels can be set for any requirement with slow combustion wood heater, gas fireplace and 2 split system heaters/aircon upstairs. All bedrooms have fans and the master bedroom has its own split system heater/aircon. There are 3 separate toilets and 2.5 bathrooms.The attractive rear yard is fully enclosed with a verandah and all gardens are well-established with extensive herb garden and citrus trees, and provide privacy in addition to the very quiet location. Also located here is the hot outdoor shower and two washing lines (one under cover, one open air).Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s).
