This hotel is a little away from the Marina but is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions such as the War Memorial and the convention centre. It's a great location as there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
The staff at this hotel are quick to respond to any problems or requests you might have. They are most accommodating and are very professional in their attitude. At the same time, they are quite friendly and make you feel welcome.
The balcony would be a great spot to sit and relax if you had a chair, but unfortunately, the owners of this hotel don't agree. You get no furniture at all and guests feel that this takes away from one of the best things about the room.
It's a big shock to many of the guests that they have to pay for internet service as the rates for the room aren't cheap. A lot of other hotels offer some kind of free service, but you have to pay a premium rate here which guests feel is unfair.
This place could be so much better if it were cleaned thoroughly but mould has been allowed to grow in the bathrooms and quite often the balconies are not cleaned between guests. This is far from what you would call four-star service.
