Guests were very complimentary of the food served in all areas of the hotel; the complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that should meet all dietary requirements and tastes and the food served at the pool bar was praised by a large number of guests in a similar fashion.
Some guests felt that the shuttle bus that takes guests from the hotel to the centre of Sorrento should have made more frequent trips between the two places however, the hotel offers this service for free.
The Wi-Fi was found to be slow and unreliable by a number of guests who cited an intermittent performance from the internet connection as being disappointing.
While a large number of guests found the hotel’s location to be a highlight of their stay, others felt that the approximately fifteen to twenty-minute walk from the city centre was too far a distance.
