This resort is beyond family-friendly, it is kid-friendly. Guests with children happily left their kids at the kids-club during the day, safe in the knowledge that they would be well looked after and would never be bored, due to the excellent staff and massive range of activities.
Guest reviewers commented that they did not expect the resort to be so expensive. The resort is also in a remote location so going out of the grounds is difficult at night. Guests mentioned that it is also a cash-less resort with all meals and drinks charged to your room and then paid on check-out. There is a surcharge on credit card transactions.
Notwithstanding that the resort recently made some upgrades to its WiFi system, guest reviewers consistently commented that they were without WiFi during their stay. Paid access to WiFi was also deemed exhorbitant by some guests.
