It is superbly situated within a 10 minute stroll to Macrossan Street, where you will find boutique shops, fine dining and so much more. And only a lazy stroll away you will find the pristine white sands of Four Mile Beach, which is lapped by the Coral Sea.The villa is part of a small collection of townhouses, located at the end of a very quiet cal-de-sac. Moonah is situated in the prime position within the complex, set at the very end and surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a lavish outdoor entertaining area. The natural form swimming pool is ideally located within steps of your front patio, and is surrounded by lush rainforest like gardens. This will be the perfect place to cool off or soak up the sun whilst reading a book on one of the many sunbeds.The top floor of this holiday townhouse is made up of three generously size bedrooms.
