The shell shaped kid-friendly swimming pool of the resort is simply amazing. Water in the pool is clear and the pool is cleaned within frequent intervals. The relaxation area around the pool with sun loungers is a great way to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink.
Rooms at the resort are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable with cosy linens, plus there is room service twice a day providing fresh towels and other necessary things. Additionally, all the rooms have private balconies or a terrace garden with stunning views of the sea.
Spa at the resort is truly value for money. The massages and other services offered at the spa are indeed relaxing and come at a much cheaper cost than other similar spas. Guests specifically liked the hot stone massage where they said that the stones were hot only up to the desired level and the staff performing the massages did it very gently.
The major concern faced by the guests was the lack of English speaking skills of the staff. There is a huge communication gap because of the same as the guests cannot convey what they require. The staff lacks training and in particular customer relation skills. Even on arrival of the guests the staff fails to offer them welcome drinks or greet them with a smile.
Although it's promoted that all the rooms in the resort have access to free Wi-Fi, the connectivity of Wi-Fi is extremely poor. There is absolutely no speed to the Wi-Fi said some guests.
