Little Hoi An . A Boutique Hotel & Spa (Hoi An, Vietnam)

Again and again guests mentioned how wonderful the staff were. While English language skills were not perfect, they were said to be exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Guests definitely felt well taken care of.

On check in, guests mentioned that they were given a voucher for a free foot massage at the hotel's spa. While it was only a short 10 minute massage, guests did certainly appreciate the gesture.

Most guests were staying in this area, rather than by the beach, since they wanted to visit the Old Town. They were happy to report that it was only a leisurely 10-minute walk away, so they never felt like it was a major expedition to quickly nip there and back.

While the rear facing rooms are shielded from the street noise, guests say they have a less than spectacular outlook. The fact that the front rooms had great views only rubbed salt into the wounds of those allocated to the rear rooms.

While it was never said to be a major problem, a couple of guests did say that their room was a bit smaller than they had expected, based on the hotel's marketing materials.

A few guest mentioned that, while the front facing rooms certainly had the best views, they were also exposed to the street noise at night. This did tend to cause disruption for the light sleepers.
