In terms of getting around Pattaya, the location of the hotel was well-received in general by previous guests. Along with an array of shops, restaurants and nightlife options, popular points of interest such as Walking Street and Pattaya Beach are just a short stroll from the property.

One facility provided by the accommodation that has received unanimous praise was the outdoor swimming pool. Many recent visitors have highlighted it as their favourite aspect of staying at the property, with the pool usually considered spacious, well-maintained and enjoyable overall.

Although the day-to-day variety and quality were both slated on occasion, the hotel's breakfast buffet was judged favourably by the majority of those that tried it during their stay.

According to the overall sentiments of previous visitors, the condition of the rooms was seen as one of the biggest negatives about the accommodation.  As well as reportedly featuring dated and distressed amenities, the rooms were also described as noticeably basic.

For a sizeable amount of former guests, the cleanliness levels of the hotel's rooms were far from an acceptable standard. Whether it was stained mattresses or unclean floors, various hygiene-related concerns have been mentioned in relation to the rooms.

Although fine at times, the service delivered by the accommodation was criticised by the majority of past visitors. Along with a supposed lack of communication skills in English, the staff members were considered impolite and uncooperative at times.
