Positive Reviews

Little extras create a great impression

Guests love the high standards of the accommodation and, in particular, the very comfortable beds. Guests also note the equally high standard fixtures and fittings. It is, however, the little things that stick in guests’ memories; examples include the percolated coffee and complimentary chocolates that are provided. Guests feel that it is the little perks such as these that add sparkle to the visit.

Staff is a prime feature

Visiting guests agree that staff here is extremely friendly. They are also very efficient. The staff caters to guests’ requirements and enquiries with patience and understanding. When there is a movie night on TV, they even supply popcorn. How cool, guests wonder, is that. The ultimate service is when staff supplies towels to take across the street for use at the fabulous thermal pools. Guests really appreciate these thoughtful services. They form part of a picture of complete satisfaction on the part of guests.

Classic kitchen facilities

The shared kitchen facilities, combined with those for dining, are rated highly by guests. They are appealingly decorated and they are also very spacious. The kitchen is unusually well-equipped, and guests who are kitchen creatures say that preparing meals here is a delight.

Negative Reviews

Just a little bit cramped

The consensus among guests is that rooms are quite small, compact, and perhaps even somewhat cramped. This guest comment applies mainly to rooms that accommodate two or more people.
