Too Many Stairs to and from Villas.

Due to the location on the side of a mountain, some guests complained about the long walk up and down stairs to get to and from their villas. Some felt that this would prevent disabled or unfit guests from having an enjoyable stay, although the hotel does

A few guests warned of discoloured water coming from the taps in Centara Villas, although the hotel does provide complimentary drinking water in each villa on arrival.

Transport to Popular Areas Becomes Expensive.

Although the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to Patong Beach, this is only offered twice a day and guests found that transportation via tuk-tuk can get quite expensive. The hotel also offers scooters for hire.
