Serene location

The relatively far distance from the city centre makes the hotel's location a lot like one of those peaceful retreats. Guests love the natural beauty of the surroundings and find that they can totally unwind while staying here.

Excellent food, excellent service

Smelly rooms

Guests cite a lack of ventilation and clogged bathroom sinks to be the cause of the unpleasant smell coming from many of the rooms. They are reportedly very stuffy with a strong musty odour as well.

Not much close by

Guests suggest having a vehicle for the duration of the vacation. There are not many "touristy" spots that are within walking distance of the hotel, and the city centre is also too much of a distance to travel by foot.

Slow housekeeping service

Housekeeping is reportedly quite slow to respond to requests. Guests are often left waiting for quite some time, whether it's for the room to be made up or for something more specific.
