Great central location and close to public transport

The hotel is close to the airport and Shepherd's Bush Tube Station just a five minute stroll away You can take the train to the shops and restaurants located in Notting Hill and visit Hyde Park which is just a couple of stops away.

The spa is fantastic and very relaxing

The spa is very peaceful and clean The staff are very professional and seem experienced in their line of work They offer services such as aromatherapy and hot stone techniques which are very popular with the guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff members

The service is of a very high standard The staff members go out of their way to help you and seem highly motivated Everyone is treated in a courteous and VIP manner and you feel right at home.

Very spacious and well equipped rooms

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable The beds are large with good quality bedding.

Negative Reviews

Basement rooms have a strong damp odour and are rather dark

The rooms in the basement seem to not be well ventilated and guests have complained of a damp mouldy smell that is strong enough to keep you awake at night The lighting is also rather minimal.

The Wi-Fi is not free

You are charged significantly high rates for access to wireless internet.

Spa has a significantly small pool

There are not enough jet chairs in the pool located in the spa and you have to wait for someone to vacate one for you to get a spot This can be pretty tiresome and sometimes you are in for a long wait.
