Just 2 minutes from the Mandurah Country golf club or walking distance to the Dome Cafe. 5 minutes' drive to the new 58 specialty Halls Head shopping centre where everything is available. Quiet and peaceful with the sound of the ocean waves to relax by. 2 double bedrooms on the first floor with living on the ground floor. Non smoking and no pets inside.
