Excellent staff provided superb service

Praising the staff was typically one of the first things guests did in their reviews. Some guests seemed to have been apprehensive about booking at an aparthotel, thinking they would not receive proper hotel-type service. They were relived to report that the staff here not only provided a full rage of services, but did so with a friendly attitude that made them feel very welcome.

Everything looks shiny and new

Guests travelling as late as March 2017 reported that the property was quite newly opened. They went on to add that the rooms, and everything in them, looked shiny and new. Guests liked this not only for aesthetic reasons, but also because it meant all the equipment in the room worked as it should.

Ideal location

Guests were very impressed with the location of the property. They loved being in such a central location, since it meant they could walk to many of downtown’s cultural and other attractions that had brought them to the city.

Negative Reviews

Paid Wi-Fi

Guests did not like that there was, to all intents and purposes, no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. They also felt that the daily charge was excessive, and that the aparthotel was misusing its monopoly position in this respect.

Long waits for the lifts

The building was said to have only two lifts, a number deemed woefully inadequate by guests stuck waiting a very long time for lifts to arrive during busy times.

No free car parking

Guests felt they had been misled by some online booking engines into believing that onsite parking here was free. This is not the case and guests were unhappy about having an additional un-budgeted expense.
