Dependable Wi-Fi connection

The free and fast Wi-Fi access was very satisfying according to guests. They did not encounter any issues with the property’s Internet performance and they were able to connect and maximise its use all throughout their stay.

Well-located property- near the National Park

Guests appreciated the perfect location of the property which is only a short walking distance from the Gympie Terrace. There are also a wide variety of bars, restaurants, beaches, shops and other major establishments such as the National Park. Furthermore, other attractions such as Fraser Islands are also easily accessible.

Adequate parking spaces

In terms of parking slots, guests did not have any difficulty parking their cars due to the adequate space provided. There were plenty of parking slots for all the number of guests and they never had any issues leaving their cars overnight.

Negative Reviews

Uncomfortable sleeping facilities

The beds were quite hard and firm which were very uncomfortable for most guests. Moreover, there were not enough blankets especially during cold seasons and the quality of the sheets and overall bedding were very poor. The beds have to be replaced according to most guests.

No air-conditioning system available

There was an apparent lack of a proper air-conditioning system inside the rooms according to guests. The property offered fans as an alternative but they were not enough to cool the whole place especially during summer or warm seasons.

Poor shower facility

Aside from the defective sink or wash basin, previous guests also had issues with the small shower area and low position of the shower heads. The actual height of the shower area was not enough to accommodate guests with large frames so most of them had to struggle just to get some proper wash.
