Positive Reviews

Amazing Pool

By far and away the most talked about feature of this hotel was the amazing expansive network of pools at the hotel. Guests loved lazing by the pool which also has sun lounges and private cabanas set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.

Generous Portions

Guests commented that the food served at the two restaurants on-site was super delicious. Guests said that the portion sizes were very generous and that the restaurants were able to cater to any taste.

Lovely Staff

Previous visitors to the hotel said that that the staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. Each room is also allocated a personal butler and many guests commented that this luxury was the highlight of their stay.

Negative Reviews

Disappointing Rooms

Guest reviewers expecting a luxury room for the price paid were disappointed. Guests said that they thought that the furniture was old, there was mould on the walls and that shower and bath were not separate which added to their disappointment.

Not Up to its Star Rating

Guests commented that they did not feel like the report lived up to its five star rating, citing many disappointing experiences whilst staying here. Common bug-bears included that the room service was patchy, that additional amenities like a massage and the mini bar were very expensive and that there were obvious stains on soft furnishings.

Damp and Wet

A number of guests commented that the hotel and rooms had a problem with combating the humidity. Guests complained that everything felt wet or damp during their stay which was very uncomfortable.
