Free use of all facilities

Guests like that all the facilities available are included in the price. The use of anything they need, such as a swim suit and gym clothing, is also included and so they are really able to make the most of the facilities on offer.

Spotlessly clean

Cleanliness is often important to guests, particularly when they are sharing facilities with others. Guests at this hotel say that it is very clean throughout, from the shared bathroom and the spa down to their individual capsule. There is a good supply of fresh towels and clean robes.

Excellent location

The vibrant Dotonbori area, one of the most popular areas of Osaka for shopping, dining and entertainment, is less than five-minutes walk from the hotel. When you want to explore more of Osaka, it is quick and easy as the subway station is also under five-minutes away.

Thin mattresses

Small lockers

While the capsules are thought to be a reasonable size, and so are not uncomfortable due to lack of space, not everyone finds the mattresses inside comfortable. Some guests say that they are quite thin and they are too hard for others, although this a matter of personal taste. The lockers provided for luggage are too small for guests to store a suitcase, more suitable for only an overnight bag, so suitcases will need to be stored with reception. This is inconvenient for some guests as it means regular trips to reception when they want to get something.

No tattoos

As having tattoos is frowned upon in Japan, guests who have tattoos are not allowed to use the spa facilities. While there is no problem with you using this hotel if you have tattoos, if you were planning to take advantage of the spa you will be disappointed.
