Positive Reviews

The pool is the place to be

The Balinese-style swimming pool is wonderful, according to guests. Visitors love that it's out of the harsh afternoon sun, and it presents a lovely quiet place to relax. The pool is also said to be very clean and sparkling, making a refreshing dip well worth it.

Spacious rooms, stunning art works

According to reviews, the rooms are relaxing, especially at the end of a long and exhausting day out on the town. Guests like the space they have and appreciate to the local art works they can take the time to admire on the walls everyday.

Staff are the best

Guests say the friendly and helpful staff members always seem to be around when there is an enquiry, or even just for a simple chat. The 24-hour front desk is also found to be really pleasant and professional, lending guests a hospitable stay.

Negative Reviews

Hotel is a little tired

Guests find the environment of the hotel to be a little drab. Fixtures and fittings are old and dated, with door locks often not working properly. Travellers think that a bit of an upgrade should be forthcoming soon to better the accommodation.

Noisy air-conditioners

Having a noisy air-conditioning unit in the rooms is not only frustrating for guests, but they don't like the way the units are positioned either. They often end up feeling the cold air blowing directly on them, which is a tad uncomfortable for most.
