Too many stairs

There have been several complaints concerning the lack of a lift at this hotel. If you struggle to climb stairs, make sure you book a room on the ground floor. A lift should be installed for guests who are not able to climb stairs.

Interiors need an update

Although most guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this hotel, the interiors could use an update. Many guests have complained about the tired and dull decor, while most of the furniture is also worn and in need of being replaced.
