Situated in an excellent location.

If you enjoy being close to the ocean, this will be a good choice of lodging for you. Many guests said they appreciated the fact that the hostel sits directly across from the beach and is also near several area attractions.

Friendly staff members.

Guests who commented on customer service said they found staff members to be very friendly and helpful during the course of their stays.

Nice amenities on-site.

Visitors said they appreciated having lockers and ample storage space in all of the guest rooms, not just the private rooms. People also liked the little extra touches, such as the weekly barbecue night or the fact that the hostel also frequently held bonfires on the beach.

Negative Reviews

Atmosphere may not be for everyone.

There have been a number of remarks about the atmosphere having a party-type vibe, which may not be for everyone. Many guests said it is common for other guests to engage in drinking games and loud activities until the late hours of the night and the property can become quite noisy at times. If noise such as this bothers you, you may want to bring a pair of ear plugs or consider a more reserved hostel.

Kitchen area a little small.

The kitchen area has been said to be somewhat small to accommodate all the guests who may be staying at the hostel at a given time.

A couple of additional complaints.

There were limited negative remarks revolving around some of the rooms being cold and dark; it was also mentioned that some of the beds can be uncomfortable.
