Positive Reviews

Great Location

Guests really liked that the holiday park was close to the centre of downtown Port Maquarie. Guests said that town was an easy five minute walk and that there was a plethora of restaurants and bars to choose from. The beach is also only a five minute walk from the park.

Clean Facilities

The park according to guests is really well maintained with many previous travellers singling out the bathrooms for special mention. Guests said the bathrooms were very clean and regualrly restocked.

Generous Site

Seasoned caravanners were impressed by the space at the park with many commenting that there was really generous space between the van sites and it was good to know that you were not going to encroach on another camper's space.

Negative Reviews

Woeful Cabin Beds

A number of guests who did not get a great nights' sleep on the beds in the cabins complained that the beds were too hard and not at all comfortable. Needless to say the lack of sleep left guests frustrated and they did not leave positive reviews about their stay.

Guests who were not happy with the price paid for the cabins or their camping sites left less than positive comments about the park. These guests complained that cabin prices were akin to nicer hotel rooms in the area.

Pool Out of Action

Guests who had the unfortunate timing to stay at the holiday park whilst the pool was undergoing maintenance were not happy. These guests commented that they would have liked prior warning that the pool was not useable as they may have decided to stay eslwhere with their kids.
