Excellent location

The property is well located near the beach, the centre of town and the river. It’s within easy reach of the local amenities like shops and restaurants, as well as the local attractions and points of interest, which is much appreciated.

Great hospitality

The staff here has been found to be friendly, helpful, and professional with a really nice touch of compassion, as some guests recently noticed when they had to cut their visit short owing to a family emergency.

Clean and spacious apartments

The apartments are clean and spacious and very well maintained, with all the necessary facilities required for a family.  The general opinion is that this is not a luxurious accommodation, but it has everything required for basic comfort and the level of cleanliness is high.

Negative Reviews

Traffic noise

The downside of accommodation in a central location is that there is the prospect of disturbance from traffic noise, for those who are noise sensitive. It has been suggested that double glazing on the windows could help reduce this problem, especially for the bedroom windows which face the busy roads.

Dated decor and fittings

It has been noticed that the decor and fittings here are rather dated looking and could benefit from an update to restore the brand new feeling to the property.

No elevator

It has been noticed that the only access to levels two and three is through stairs as there is no elevator. It means that baggage has to be carried upstairs, which is not always the most comfortable option. It might be uncomfortable for some of the older guests, or those with mobility issues.
