Easy Walk to Everything

Guests commented that the location of the hotel was ideal and perfectly located in Port Stephens with many guests commenting that they could easily walk to all of Port Stephens restaurants and bars, leaving the car safety parked at the hotel.

Massive Apartments

Previous guests who stayed here were pleasantly surprised by the the size of the apartments with many commenting that they were huge and they had ample space in the living areas to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Nelson's Bay.

Great Views

The apartment building has been built to take advantage of the views across Nelson's Bay and many guests commented that the highlight of their stay was sipping a cold beverage on their balcony enjoying the views across the water.

Negative Reviews

Not Ageing Well

Guests remarked in their reviews that they thought that the hotel is starting to show its age and some of the furniture is obviously past its prime and could be replaced with more modern decor.

Overcrowded Pool

In peak times and on hot days the pool can become overcrowded according to guests reviewers, which for some was very frustrating as there was no space to laze about - as all the lounges had been taken over by other guests.

Cleaning Issues

Guests who had the unfortunate experience on check-in of finding evidence of other guests still in the room (as it has not been cleaned properly) were less than impressed and commented that more attention could be paid to the cleaning efforts by housekeeping staff.
