Staff the treats you like family

Previous guests reported receiving excellent customer service during their stay at this family-run hotel. The employees were warm, sociable, and routinely went out of their way to accommodate special requests. Many guests felt that the staff genuinely cared about making their vacation a great one.

They make it easy to enjoy the beach

The shoreline is just across from the hotel, with many of their rooms featuring ocean views. Guests were thrilled to find that the hotel keeps the beach well supplied with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a seaside bar, and also provides a lifeguard for the safety of their guests.

The apartments are cleaned perfectly

Several reviews paid compliment to the housekeeping department. They described the rooms as spotlessly clean, with hardly a stray grain of sand. The common areas of the hotel were also well kept.

The kitchen could use some supplies

Many guests felt that the kitchen lacked a few amenities that would have made their stay more comfortable. They would have preferred that it had been stocked with a bottle opener, dish soap, wine glasses, and better quality cutlery among other things.

It can get a little loud

Quite a few reviewers stated that they let the rooms lack soundproofing. The stone corridors, while lovely, had a tendency to echo and bounce noise into the nearby rooms.
