Positive Reviews

Steps From the Spanish Steps, Good Connectivity

In addition to being a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the famous Trevi Fountain, guests really rated this property for the good connectivity it offered to wider Rome. While those who wanted to explore the city of foot were perfectly happy here, many also liked the property’s proximity to Spagna metro station.

Beautifully Boutique Atmosphere

Design-wise, this property bowled guests over with its good looks. The thoroughly modern ambience – hidden behind an unassuming period façade – was striking and the attention to décor and detail throughout really helped to make guest stays’ at this property truly memorable. This atmosphere was popular with those on short, romantic city breaks.

Super Staff, Great In-Room Breakfasts

The staff here are another feather in this property’s proverbial cap. Professional and obliging, they provide comprehensive concierge services to guests, wowing newcomers to Rome with their local knowledge. Negative Reviews

No 24/7 Reception, Noisy Air Conditioning

This luxury property was let down by its lack of 24/7 reception. Those with questions, queries or indeed problems after hours were left hanging thanks to set and strict front desk opening times. Finally, many guests reported being disturbed by the building’s air conditioning units, the noise from which had a detrimental impact on sleep quality here.
