Difficult on-site parking

The on-site parking is brought up frequently in reviews, and not for the right reasons. Guests struggle to make use of the parking lot, as it is quite tight. Guests also find it difficult to get in and out of the parking entrance, and often end up parking on the street to avid the problem.

No kettle in room

Guests are disappointed to find that there is no kettle in their private room, so they are unable to make a cup of tea or coffee. Guests feel as though a kettle is a basic amenity in a hotel and would like to see this facility being added in the future.
