W Retreat & Spa Bali offers a truly excellent vacation experience The resort pays amazing attention to detail and comfort, offering a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere Villas are beautiful and peaceful; rooms in general are spacious and new with nice views of the ocean and gardens Wi-Fi works well throughout the resort The outdoor pool is incredible and lovely to watch the sunset from Restaurants and bars are superb Additionally, Seminyak’s many excellent bars, restaurants and shops are also close by There are so many positives you won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal service

Staff throughout the resort is top notch, always smiling and nothing too much trouble Reception provides easy and efficient check-in and pool staff is always on hand for anything you need, yet never intrusive As an aside, the library is a lovely place to cool down and offers complimentary tea, coffee and water.

Excellent food

Food and beverages through the hotel are excellent Starfish Bloo on the beach is fantastic and Woobar perfect for sunset cocktails Breakfast is amazing and staff eager to cater to guests; vegetarian options are available and plentiful It’s rare food at a resort is so good you don’t feel the need to eat elsewhere, especially with so many options in town.

Pricey restaurants

Restaurants at W Retreat & Spa Bali are pricey That said, you get what you pay for and the quality is good You can always enjoy a few meals onsite and head into town for more affordable dining.

Slow bar service

Service at the bar can take a while, even when not busy.

Bathrooms lack privacy

Bathrooms are all glass so there is very little privacy and you can see in at all times This can be uncomfortable, to say the least, if you are sharing accommodation.
