Positive Reviews

Hotel facilities are excellent

The hotel provides everything you'd want to have, just like you should expect from a five-star establishment. There's a spa and a fitness centre if you're looking to relax or do some exercise. You'll have access to an indoor pool, and there are several dining options that you can choose from too.

The location is good

The hotel is close to the Huangpu River in Pudong, which means you're close to the centre of everything. You will not be limited in terms of options if you have to eat, drink, or find something to do. There are many attractions that you can get to on foot (or by car) including the new international expo centre. The metro station is also a short walk away.

Rooms and food are top quality

The rooms are spacious, and the showers are big. There is a flat screen TV and a minibar in the room among other things. There are several restaurants in the hotel where you can enjoy a diverse range of local and foreign cuisines, and there are also two bars and a tea shop.

Negative Reviews

The Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi in the hotel is unreliable, especially when there are many guests staying at the hotel. This is surprising considering the status of the hotel.

Rigid staff

The staff is a little too keen to follow the hotel rules; it can make them come off as being rude. And it's a bit embarrassing for guests sometimes.

Not cheap

As you'd expect from a five-star hotel, there's a premium price attached to anything you'll want to buy in the hotel.
