The Garden Room is located in a timber framed building constructed approximately 12 years ago within our 2 acre property, from where we also run a small home and garden antiques business. The accommodation comprises of an unusual, comfortable, large and airy open plan room with windows on 3 sides. This is accessed along a wooden veranda from the yard, where ample parking is available. The whole of the living area is heated by a wood burner stove and modern electric radiator, an initial supply of logs will be available on arrival .The sleeping area has a King-size pocket sprung double bed. There is a kitchen area with electric stove and microwave and fridge. The shower and w.c. is in a separate room adjacent to the kitchen, with an electric shower and an electrically heated towel rail. The Garden Room is surrounded by its own private yard area where you can sit and enjoy the garden and the rural views all around this lovely property. There is an adjacent paddock area for your amenity or exercising a well behaved friendly dog. (We have 2 of our own).
