Needs repairs and renovation.

The hotel is very run down and badly in need of a renovation. It is also run on a tight budget so it is understaffed among other things.

No proper maintenance.

The rooms and other places are dusty and not well maintained. Cutlery provided on the tables in the restaurant is unclean.

Steep stairway.

The stairs leading to the rooms are very steep and older people will most likely have difficulty in climbing them.
