Although the apartments are spacious, the same cannot be said of the balconies. Many of these are Juliet style and have proved disappointing to guests who would have liked to enjoy a larger outdoor space.

Housekeeping is provided here but guests have felt that the service would benefit from a little extra attention to detail. The service is found to be a little hit and miss, with guests complaining that their accommodation was not cleaned properly and that towels were not always replaced in full.

Nearby construction

Major construction works are taking place in a nearby building. Unsurprisingly, this has caused significant disappointment. Guests have reported that the work takes place daily and is expected to carry on until 2018.
