Positive Reviews

Heavenly Beds & Divine Fluffy Towels

Guests report that their rooms at this hotel are clean, spacious, and crowned by sumptuously comfortable oversized beds. Guests say that the wonderfully soft linens and towels are divine, and that the tea and coffee making facilities serve to add a cosy, homey feel to their experience.

Spot On

Guests are unanimous: in its prime location, and within walking distance of all of historic Waterford’s most important tourist attractions,  this hotel couldn’t be better located. Set between the city centre and the sea, guests call it the ideal base from which to explore. They add that there is an excellent range of eateries conveniently located at their doorstep. Delighted guests are returning.

Freindly Staff

Warm, friendly and accommodating, guests say that the staff at  this hotel tackle everything with utmost courtesy and a beaming smile. Knowledgeable and helpful, they are happy to advise their guests on where to go and what to do, and nothing is too much bother.

Negative Reviews

No Breakfast, No Television

Guests comment that they feel slightly punished, sitting in their rooms at this hotel, as they do not include a TV. They are also disappointed by breakfast not being on offer.

Parking

Guests are grumbling that parking is limited at  this hotel, and not at all a stress-free experience. Badly organised, it may involved getting up early or popping out unexpectedly to move your car, so that others may come and go. Do ask for advice on the matter before you arrive, and check out other, easier options.

Checking In and Out

Guests warn that there is no Reception at  this hotel, and that you may actually have to buttonhole staff members to be attended to.
