Restaurant serves world-class fabulous foods

Many guests expressed that the dishes served at the on-site restaurant were cooked to perfection! The taste seemed to last in their mouths, and there was more than enough food for everyone. The buffets were regularly replenished, which the guests loved. In addition, a lot of guests said that the meat dishes and risotto are a must try.

There are different modes of entertainment that are regularly offered by the resort. The pool party was fun according to many, while some enjoyed listening to the live band. Furthermore, the acrobatic shows surely amazed many of the guests.

Negative Reviews

Some staffs cannot speak English well

Some of the employees cannot speak English well, which caused some minor conflicts. However, according to guests, the staff did their best to handle the situations properly and the management extended a genuine apology.

Faulty in-room air conditioners

Upon arrival, some guests said that their rooms were a bit warm. They checked the air conditioners and saw that they were turned on. Meaning, the air conditioners were not effective in cooling the rooms.

Misunderstandings during check-out can happen

A few guests encountered wrong information on their bills which made them wait for a bit long, but they could observe that the employees worked as fast as they could. Thus, future guests are advised to inspect their bills properly.
