Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering to sightseers and solo travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient base. Its excellent central location in Kilkenny places guests within easy walking distance of attractions like Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House, and Smithwick's Brewery. The newly renovated and attractively decorated rooms, particularly the comfortable beds, ensure a restful stay. Guests consistently praise the staff for being exceptionally helpful and friendly, often going "above and beyond." For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room on a lower floor to avoid the need to navigate multiple flights of stairs due to the lack of an elevator.
